1. Measure the bottom of your existing lid, if possible.

2. Measure the top of the toilet tank, this should be smaller than the lid for it to fit correctly.

3. Compare shape and identifying markings to confirm this is the correct model. Do not try to substitute this lid for another model lid, they are not interchangeable.

In good used condition with no cracks or chips. There are a few minor marks, as pointed out in photos with the cartoon hand. This is a top-of-the-line original factory OEM porcelain product, not a reproduction.  Possible staining on the bottom of the lid where it is not visible installed.
