Meiji Techno Measuring / Inspection Microscope Stand
with Built-In Incident Illuminator and Focus Block – Tokyo, Japan
This listing is for a Meiji Techno microscope stand with:
heavy, low-profile base
integrated incident light mounted at the rear of the stage
black stage plate with central viewing port
precision focusing block carrying a horizontal optical tube
The lamp is built into the base and shines forward through vent slits into the stage area, giving bright incident illumination for inspection of small parts, samples, or slides. The Meiji Techno badge on the base reads “Meiji Techno Co. Ltd., Tokyo, Japan.”
Solid, stable Meiji cast-metal base – designed for industrial / lab use
Built-in incident illuminator with power cord; light turns on and glows evenly (see photo of lamp on)
Adjustable focus block with coaxial focus knobs for precise height control
Black stage plate with central opening – ideal for placing small components or fixtures
Long horizontal optical tube mounted to the focus block (no additional eyepieces or objectives included beyond what is shown)
Compact footprint – easy to place on a bench, in an inspection station, or to re-configure with your own Meiji head and optics
Great for someone who already has Meiji optics and wants a spare / custom stand, or for a lab that needs a dedicated illuminated positioning stand for cameras or measuring heads.
Tested: Lamp powers on with the rear switch and stays lit (see photos).
Focus block travels up and down smoothly when the knobs are turned.
Power cord insulation looks intact; plug is standard 3-prong US type.
No additional accessories, lenses, or documentation are included—only what is shown in the photos.
