This small metal replica looks like the Market House in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I'm not sure what kind of metal it is, but it looks like if it's not copper, it was copper plated. The whole piece has a heavy patina (and a coating of dirt that I didn't try to remove), but you can see the copper color showing through. There is a hole in one of the windows on one side of the building, on the second floor, and there are quite a few cracks throughout. The piece is lacking a protective bottom.
This is an unusual piece; there are not many miniatures of the Market House out there.
Please see the condition description and photos, as they form part of the overall description.
