Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the items are in their original, unused condition (with tags attached). Products returned in damaged condition or missing parts are not eligible for a refund. Please contact us directly for return instructions.
When your order arrives, please inspect and test the item immediately to confirm proper operation and completeness. Any issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Items that are used, operated, missing parts, or kept for extended periods and later returned as “did not like” or “changed mind” may be subject to up to a 50% deduction under eBay policy. This deduction reflects the loss in the item’s resale value.
Please Note: returns with scratches, dents, missing accessories, stains, residue, or signs of use (e.g., operated, plugged-in, or tested with food/liquid) may be refused entirely. If the item’s new and resellable condition is compromised (i.e., it is no longer new or ready for resale), the return will not be accepted.
