You are buying a rare vintage Carstairs White Seal display light fixture. I plugged the light in and it did not light up. I do not know if it is the wiring or the bulb. This is being sold for display only not as a working unit. It is very neat as it sits. Please look at the pictures closely. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions you might have before purchasing.
