From his 1980 LP Glass Houses, this item is Billy Joel's eleventh BILLBOARD TOP 40 hit, which reached the #1 position (remaining there for 2 weeks!) in May of that year -- "It's Still Rock And Roll To Me [stereo, 2:55]", Columbia 11276, 7", DEMONSTRATION COPY 45 RPM in a Picture Sleeve.
The B-side is the same as the A-side. The DEMO record itself is in a beautiful NEAR MINT~UNPLAYED condition with its original shiny/glossy, mirror-like playing surface. The labels are in NEAR MINT condition with onyl some extremely light traces of wear. The Picture Sleeve is in a very nice NEAR MINT condition with only some extremely light traces of wear. The Picture Sleeve is nice and flat with absolutely no tears, creases, writing, stickers, stamps, staple holes or seam splits.
ALL my 45 RPM's and Picture Sleeves are housed in their own individual 7" protective plastic sleeves. In the case of a 45 RPM having a Picture Sleeve the 45 RPM is housed in a 7" white paper sleeve. My 45 RPM's have been kept separate from their Picture Sleeves since I purchased them. Also, in most cases where there is not a Picture Sleeve, my 45 RPM's are housed in their original company paper sleeve.
