We accept payment by PayPal only. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase, after that time eBay will be contacted and an un-paid item dispute will be opened. 

Orders received after 9 am Friday will be shipped the following Monday. However, if said Monday falls on a bank holiday, orders will be dispatched to you on the Tuesday morning. 

Please examine all photographs of the item you are purchasing carefully. All or items are brand new. They may also have been de branded for sale within the U.K. This means that sometimes the labels have been removed. If this is the case, it will be in the item description.  

Some items are in European sizes. A U.K size conversion will also be listed. If you are unsure, please contact us via eBay messages and we can clarify any sizing with you.

We are happy to combine postage for multiple purchases. Once you have everything you need just send us an eBay message that you are ready to checkout, and we will then send you an adjusted invoice to be able to complete your purchase. 

We use Royal Mail where possible and will send by Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is a tracked service; your tracking number will be added as soon as possible. Postage is Free. 

(Postage will only be charged for lower priced items such as single pairs of Briefs etc)
 If you require a different method of delivery, please, contact us to advise and we can then adjust your final invoice. 

If you have any inquiries, please contact us BEFORE bidding or buying. All items are usually dispatched within 48 hours, with exceptions for weekends when they will be dispatched on the Monday. If items are required urgently, please contact us beforehand to check if the delivery can be made within the time frame you require. Do note postage costs will be affected if you require a faster delivery service. 

Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for all P&P on return packages. 

Product packaging, if originally supplied must be returned with goods.
