Each cylinder head is fully disassembled and meticulously cleaned using a hot tank process. The casting is then pressure tested to confirm its structural integrity.

– New valve stem seals are installed on every head, and valve guides are replaced as necessary.

– A precision multi-angle valve job is completed, and vacuum testing is performed to guarantee proper sealing and compression.

– The deck surface is PCD milled (Polycrystalline Diamond) to achieve an exceptionally smooth finish — the preferred process for aluminum heads.

– All components are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and reassembled to meet or exceed AERA standards.
