mention of this flaw listed
Maybe one of a kind that
slipped through inspection
and didn't get destroyed
Red copper tone
No mint mark
I found it in my jar of coins
I was separating to put in coin wraps
Not sure about the value
I am not a coin expert, so I am setting the start price high
maybe it is a one of a kind
