I believe this is made of resin.   Measures 5 7/8" wide at the base, 3 1/4" deep at the base.    From the base to the top of the boys Pilgrim hat is 5 3/4" high.     On/Off switch on the cord.    Cord is 57" long.    Light is orange color, flame design, and doesn't give off much light, don't know the wattage.

Excellent pre owned condition.
