Set comes new and sealed in original box and as far as I know has never been opened. Item has been on display in its box previously, but shows little to no signs of wear as a result of this from what I can see, although please do feel free to check for yourself to make sure you are happy before purchasing! Comes with remote control still inside the box and while I can't test it without opening the box, there are no obivous signs to suggest that it wouldn't work.
