Beautiful coral and 18k gold brooch forming a sculpted arm supporting a turquoise bracelet depicting a snake ascending the arm towards a bunch of grapes surrounded by its leaves. The craftsmanship and detail are absolutely magnificent.

Please note: two fingers are broken, which does not detract from the beauty of the brooch, and there are weld points on the back of the bracelet.

Material: Coral, gold 18k turquoise.
