The non-porous, non-reactive glaze resists scratches, stains and flavor absorption. It can be used for baking, serving or storing. Suitable for dishes like cobblers, gratins, pot pies or desserts. The interior is virtually nonstick, making food release and cleanup easy. It is safe for the freezer, oven, microwave, broiler, dishwasher and metal utensils.
