This is a 1995 Peanuts Hallmark Keepsake Christmas ornament, featuring Snoopy and Woodstock ice skating.

The ornament is officially titled "Peanuts #5, Magic" and was the fifth and final in the Peanuts Hallmark ornament series.

It features motion and lights up when plugged into a miniature Christmas tree light string.

Snoopy skates on the ice, while Woodstock watches from atop a snowman.
