Adorable 80’s cropped top with tie at waist. White with embroidered polka dots in a cerulean blue color and contrasting trim on collar and cuffs. A sporty piece that definitely has an 80s/90s cheerleader or sorority vibe. Preppy and cute piece that would look great paired with high waisted jeans or a mini skirt.

Overall good condition. A couple of small stains(see photos) but they are not very noticeable.
