Vtg 1982 STS-4 SPACE SHUTTLE COLUMBIA Mission T Shirt, Single Stitch

This shirt measures 20 inches across the chest at the armpits. It is in solid shape, but it has yellowing in the armpits, a few stains which I tried to show in the photos, and a damaged section at the bottom hem which I also showed in the photos.

This is an original vintage shirt from someone who was involved with the development of the Space Shuttle Program. It came in a grouping of shirt from a husband and wife who worked for Sperry and were given to the development team. The company issued shirts typically have some differences from standard commercial shirts that are usually listed for sale, if there is even a commercial version. The people actually wore these shirts and some of them have stains and show use. I tried to show those in the photos, and I'll try to mention them in the description as well. Please check the photos closely. Some of them are men's shirts and some are women's. You'll have to check the style, and the measurements compared to the size of the shirt to get an idea of that. Most of the white shirts have some dinginess from age.
