To be eligible for return, the product must be kept in its original, undamaged and resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. If the product has functional failure within 3 months after delivery (non-human-induced damage, in line with normal use specifications), we will provide free original spare parts for repair, and bear all relevant costs of the spare parts.
