The AD-E1 is a conversion adapter that allows conventional accessories with dustproof and splashproof performance to be attached to cameras equipped with a Multi Accessory Shoe. It maintains the dustproof and splashproof performance of existing accessories such as Speedlites, enabling the use of various EOS accessories.

Dustproof and weather-resistant construction


Not only does it maintain the dustproof and weather-resistant performance of existing accessories, but the AD-E1 itself is also dustproof and weather-resistant. It supports active shooting even in inclement weather.


  • *Dustproof and weather-resistant accessories designed for previous models cannot be directly attached to cameras equipped with a Multi Accessory Shoe without using the AD-E1.

High static pressure strength for mounting large accessories


With its high static pressure strength, it securely holds professional-grade large accessories like the Speedlite EL-1, EL-1 (Ver.2), and 600EX II-RT.
