A first American Edition of Mary Poppins in the Park in good condition with some light wear from age.  Spine bumped at the top.  An occasional smudge mark here and there.  Light cracking the the hinge alongside the front free end-paper.  Some light discoloration to the cloth boards.  A creased page corner or two.  Possibly a light trace of a former erased pencil price mark.  Otherwise in good shape.  See pictures for a closer look!
