How is Rezywood manufactured?
In order to produce these colorful plates, the raw material, approx. 0.7mm thin maple or birch veneers, made, freed and repaired by errors. In the next step, each sheet of wood veneer is colored in the desired colors, then dried through in synthetic resin and ultimately pressed and very highly compressed under great pressure. This creates a stabilized wooden product with great properties!
What are the advantages of Rezywood?
In contrast to conventional wood, Rezywood is characterized by its remarkable resistance to weather influences and moisture. It also offers increased strength, a very high density and durability. Thanks to the special manufacturing process, certain properties of normal wood can be significantly improved! This makes it possible to substitute protected or difficult types of wood, which makes Rezywood an extremely sustainable product. Coloring thin veneer leaves and the combination of different colors also result in countless design options. Another big advantage is that wood is used as raw material for reel wood and/or birches and not as with other similar products on the soft wood market.
Use and use of Rezywood products?
Of course, the colors and structures of every Rezywood product only develop best when it is shaped, turned and processed in three dimensions! The transitions of the individual layers and the color combinations come into its own.
Possible areas of application: Sheet handles, Knife handles, High quality jewelry, Decorative wood, instrument parts, Handle pieces, All kinds of turns, archwood and arc clanting and many other individual areas of application. It is also a good replacement for Dymondwood, Actionwood, Pakka wood or Diamondwood.

Technical details:
Rezywood is our completely new design woodCreation. Each piece or Each plate is only roughly rough and only serves as the starting material for many different artistic activities! The edges are not yet completely and possibly still slightly frayed, the surfaces are very rough and somewhat scratched, slightly uneven, the surfaces of the panels cannot be used as a visual surface in the delivery and must first be processed or at least sanded. Of course, the colors and structures of every Rezywood product only come into its own when it is shaped or turned in shape and processed three -dimensional! Please note this before buying! Some of the ends are still very frayed and uneven - not smoothly cut - but the plates usually have a excess of 1-3cm. The total length is usually approx. +/- 70-73cm, which Strength can vary a little +/- 0.5-1mm, the width approx. 0.5-1.0cm! Salvation must always be calculated. The processing should be edited with the product that corresponds to the product. Dust masks and/or suction is recommended.
The veneer leaves are all about 0.7-0.8mm before pressing and are colored completely as far as possible, but you have to note that it is still a natural product as a raw material, and not always every trunk, part of a piece of a sheet takes up the colors 100% equally or not always. The reason for this can be hardening, vertebrae or astan sets in the wood or the early wood and late wood of a tree reacts differently.
Each Rezywood plate is unique and differs - the grain, structures and colors can change in any piece of reel wood, From layer to layer and also deviate a bit per raw material/trunk - if you continue to edit it, turn it down, cut it or brings it in different shapes. Photos only serve as an example!
