Being sold AS-IS. Building is in Good condition. No box but item will be well packed for transit. The item is missing one of the pads for one of the track loading sections. See photos. Building is from an estate. Owner originally used excess glue and was in the process of weathering the building as can be seen in the photos. Further weathering can mask some of these defects.
