Postage and Packing

We dispatch items in 24 hours. Posting will be this same day if paymen received before 2PM! Most peple received their item next working day but we could'n guarantee that - Royal Mail delivery. If your item not received within 7 working days - tell us straight away! If you paid for recorded and you need tracking number send us email with full adress. If you need urgently please pay for special delivery - guaranteed next day. Posting for Italy, Malta and some other countries takes longer then rest EU. Posting time: Monday-Saturday, No posting on Sunday

Our Return Policy

• Return and postage fees for incorrectly ordered items or items ordered by mistake are covered by buyer we will only pay for exchange postage cost or return costs if it was our fault that item was dispatched incorrectly.
• All items must be returned in its original condition.
• Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the unwanted goods. please note that the buyer pays all the returns costs (we can assist to arrange for collection of the large items).
• We are unable to refund the goods that has been used, modified, painted or not in as new condition.
• Unfortunately we are unable to process any returns/refunds without correct paper work attached (please make sure that you always put return reason include your full name and address as well as order id or reference number).
• As per eBay policy, we cannot guarantee that the changes(like address or items upgrades /changes) after the checkout has been completed are going to be processed.(we will try to amend the orders when and where possible however it not always can be granted and buyer will have to pay for any additional costs if they occur).
