This player is used and in for parts condition. It comes with AV Cords and the power cord as well. It powers on and I was able to test the recording functions. It appears that all works. When playing back it goes into E03 Power Saving mode and tells me to remove the battery. It is stuck on that until the recorder is unplugged from the power supply. Item is sold AS-IS, FOR PARTS, NO RETURNS.
