All brand new items are covered by 45-day guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement / refund. Some exceptions and fees may apply. We cannot issue refunds on any brand new items which have been opened, only replacements.

For Used Items

For used items, we have tested and restored all items to as close to 'like new' condition as possible. All video games and accessories are also guaranteed for 45 days against any defects, and systems are guaranteed for 90-days to be free of any defects. We will provide a replacement free of charge should any item turn out to be defective. On used items we will only provide a refund if a replacement is not available.
