The PIN Diode RF Limiter (10 MHz–6 GHz, SMA, 50 Ω) is a broadband passive device designed to protect sensitive RF equipment from overload, surges, and ESD events.
It automatically limits input power to safe levels without requiring external bias or control, making it ideal for LNA front-end protection, SDR receivers, spectrum analyzers, and laboratory setups.

Encased in a fully shielded metal housing, this limiter provides mechanical durability and EMI isolation while maintaining minimal insertion loss (<0.2 dB @1 GHz).
Operating across a wide frequency range from 10 MHz up to 6 GHz, it covers key communication bands — VHF, UHF, GPS (1.5 GHz), Wi-Fi (2.4 / 5 GHz), 5G (3.5 GHz), and X-band (5–6 GHz).
