This kit is for 2003-2007 Chevrolet and GMC Truck/SUV with "easy entry split seat" aka "Jumper seat".
This kit contains 6 pieces,the top soft synthetic leather piece, the hard plastic under piece that had the holes to connect to the lower part and the connecting rod and two springs.
Installation guide is included in the package.
