ATTENTION: This is a USED toaster. This means, no matter how much I try to clean the insides out, there is still residue/crumbs inside. There will inevitably be some that comes out during the shaking of the shipping process. This is unavoidable. If this is at all going to be an issue for you, please do Not buy. We are replacing because my wife has all of the Empire Red color appliances except for this Burgundy Red and silver toaster. Has some light scratches.
