This is for a pair of Armstrong 17 inch to 42 inch swivel/tilt TV wall mounts from Harbor Freight. They are in great shape. I only use them for a couple months but had to switch to a different type of mount. One of the mounts for the monitor has extra holes drilled in it to accommodate one of my monitors I was using. But it won’t affect stability or anything. None of the screws come with it or any of the bolts. But they can be found at the local hardware stores. Let me know if you have any questions.
