I have a Simplicity pattern #8001 that features a tunic with sleeve variations, a pull-on skirt and straight leg pants. The package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• Semi-fitted tunic with front princess seams has long or short sleeves, front buttons, sweetheart neckline, back ties and optional flower. 
• Pull on flared skirt and straight leg pants have elastic waistline casing.

It is a women's size FF - this is sizes 18W, 20W, 22W and 24W. This is an out of production, uncut pattern - the package is showing wear and priced accordingly.
