Description
This listing is for a charming limited edition etching by artist Frances Shearing. The artwork features a minimalist and elegant depiction of a duck swimming, created with delicate, flowing lines in multicolour ink. The etching is signed by the artist in pencil on the lower right corner and numbered 13 out of a limited edition of 100 on the lower left corner. This is an original hand-signed print, not a reproduction. The etching is professionally mounted and framed in a simple light wood frame with a cream mount and a fine blue border around the artwork, enhancing the clean and tranquil aesthetic of the piece. The frame measures approximately 26cm x 26cm, as shown in the included image with the ruler for scale. The actual print area is much smaller, adding a beautifully minimalist effect to the presentation. This is a wonderful piece for collectors of modern British art, animal-themed artwork, or anyone looking to add a tasteful and serene touch to their décor. The artwork is in excellent condition, and the frame shows minimal signs of wear. Proceeds from this sale will go to support St Peter's Hospice, a Bristol-based charity that provides care for adults with life-limiting illnesses. Thank you for supporting our cause.
