    Inspect the package and its contents for any damages.

    • If damages or issues are found, please note of it before signing.

    • If there are no damages, please sign the bill of lading to release the package from the carrier.
  • I got my order and I signed for the product, but now I noticed there damages to it. Can I return it?

    If at the time you received the products no damages were noted down on the bill of lading, the product(s) cannot be refused back to us. Once signed by you, our insurance with the shipping company is voided. Any clam after will usually be refused, so please Inspect your package carefully.
