Vintage PYREX Blue Snowflake Garland 1-Quart Covered Casserole No. 473 with Handles and Original Glass Lid (marked No. 29 470C) ~ Made in the U.S.A.

Bowl is in very good, preowned condition with no chips, cracks or fading. There are a few minor scratches to the paint as is often seen in vintage Pyrex, especially when held to light; however, they are very minor.

The glass lid is marked PYREX on one handle and 29 470-C on the other handle. There are some surface scratches to the glass, but no cracks or chips.

This is a highly sought after vintage PYREX Snowflake Blue Garland casserole dish with a clear glass lid. This pattern, also know as Snowflake Blue, was produced by Pyrex from 1972 to 1975 and is part of the Pyrex Compatibles line. The Snowflake Blue pattern features a white garland-like design of snowflakes, swags and dots on a beautiful deep turquoise blue background. This pattern was designed to match Corelle Livingware. This 1-quart round casserole has a clear lid that is also designed to be used as a trivet or an additional serving dish.
