Although untitled by the artist, this original piece is called "Delivering the News."  The piece depicts a robot paperboy tossing a newspaper with the headline 'Unemployment Soars!!'.  Drawn by well-known former Orlando Sentinel Star artist Jon Beardsley, it features his typically amazing line and blown ink work while hitting hard at a social issue as it existed in the 1970's and 80's and is still relevant today.
