1. Address Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to PO BOX, HC BOX, APO, or FPO addresses.

4. Price and Additional Charges: Our listed price is the sum of the prepaid shipping cost and the item cost. Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included. These additional charges are the buyer's responsibility. Before bidding or buying, please check with your country's customs office to determine what these extra costs will be.
5. Shipping Damage and Defective Items:
   • If the package arrives at your location with obvious shipping damage, such as a broken envelope or an empty package, please refuse the shipment.
   • If you find that the item is defective after accepting the shipment, keep everything that was attached in the package, including all documents. Then, immediately contact us through eBay Message. In your email, clearly state the nature of the damage and attach digital photos. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.

Payment

1. Payment Deadline: Please complete your payment within 5 days after winning the item. If you encounter difficulties in making the payment within the required time, please contact us. A Non-Pay Dispute will be filed against your account after the 5th day.
2. Import Duties and Tax Fees: If the parcel is returned to us because the buyer refuses to pay import duties or tax fees, we will not resend the parcel unless the buyer pays these fees as well as all the return and resend costs. The buyer cannot cancel the order or request a refund for this reason.

Return Policy

1. General Return Conditions: Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return auto parts that meet the following criteria:

   • Are not damaged due to improper installation.
   • Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions.
     If your return meets these requirements, we will issue a full refund for the returned auto parts.
2. Incorrect or Defective Items: If your order is not what you ordered or if your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. All products are covered by our warranty against defects. If an item is found to be defective, please contact us to have the product repaired or replaced.
