This is an original press photo. This photo, the first of a batch of uncensored photos to reach this country from Soviet Russia, shows a lonely beggar woman praying shortly after sunrise in the Kasanka Cathedral in Leningrad. The church in Russia today is a deplorable condition because of the continual oppression by the Soviet regime. Russian ChurchesPhoto measures 10 x 8inches. Photo is dated 02-03-1930.
