Installation steps:
1. Turn off water supply. Flush toilet.
2. Grip and hold shaft (tube below valve) with right hand while keeping the float up with thumb and index finger.
3. With your left hand, turn the cap (with the valve inside) and lever (no need to detach) 1/8th of a turn ANTI CLOCKWISE while pressing down on top of the cap. (Remember the position of lever when the valve came off)
