Hollis  Hills & Richard May Signed  this beautiful 8X10 glossy  PHOTO WWII Fighter Ace VF-32 Hellcat US Navy. Both flew F6F Hellcat planes during WWII as part of the US Navy fighter squadron VF-32 USS Langley. Scott got this signed in person at one of the American Fighter Ace Association's Reunions. 

Commander Hollis Hills, deceased, WWII United States Fighter Ace with 5 Victories.   While with the RCAF, Royal Canadian Air Force,  414 Squadron, he was credited with being the first P-51 Mustang pilot to bring down a German Nazi plane during WWII on August 19th, 1942 during the Battle of Dieppe. This was his first Victory.  After this he transferred to the U.S. Navy, VF-32.  In 1944 he flew in the Great Turkey Shoot in the Pacific and he was credited with 4 additional Victories.  Later he served in Korea.  Silver Star (3rd highest military decoration), DFC, Air Medal.

Commander Richard H. May, deceased, United States Fighter Ace with 5 victories.  Soled at the age of 15, a private pilot's license at age 16.  VF-32 flew off USS Langley during some of the carrier's hardest-fought raids of 1944, earning a Presidential Unit Citation for its role in taking down 47 enemy aircraft and supporting the invasion of the Marianas and Philippines. After the service he worked as a test pilot at NAS.
