A very pretty Derby tea bowl, with a stylised gilt chain with links and knots, running just below the rim, suspended from which are three floral garlands draped over circular turquoise enamelled bosses. The garlands are painted in lovely, clear, bright enamels, green, pink, yellow, orange and deep purple. Finished with a gilt rim and ring above the foot. Puce crown and batons mark, c.1875-1800.

It measures 7.8cm (3 1/16") wide and 5.6cm (2 1/4") high.

In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration and minimal handling wear.
