This is a very rare edition as KM was just branching out. US did not have many of these produced and it came with a different cover than from the rest around the world.

PROMOTIONAL in red.

When CD's were introduced in the 80's the came packaged in these long box form packages with gorgeous big artwork and cases. In the early 90's longbox CDs were deemed a waste of paper and packaging. So they destroyed and removed all of them and replaced CDs as they are now with no box and no packaging.

LONG OUT OF PRINT and VERY COLLECTIBLE.
