Please use it only indoors or in a dry environment and do not use it in rainy or humid weather. This item is not suitable for glass doors and windows without frames. Please fasten the safety rope before use and turn on the power before placing the machine. Beware of electric shock, and please do not use unclean detergent or water. Please change the cleaning cloth regularly and keep it dry and clean.
• The product may not operate smoothly, possibly due to the dirty cleaning cloth, gaps in the glass, various types of stickers on the glass surface, or loose cleaning wheels. Please replace the clean cleaning cloth in a timely manner and lock the wheels in place.          
• It is not suitable for windows with gaps in the middle or frameless windows nor for skylights or sloping work surfaces
• When the indicator light does not come on, please check whether the power cord is connected properly. Please switch off the power after removing the machine and pour out the remaining detergent or water after use. If you want to replace the batteries of the remote control, please push the battery cover underneath the back of the remote control to replace them.
• The product cannot detect the top of the window in automatic mode due to slipping. Please press the stop button to pause the robot, and then select the right or left button instead. If too much water is sprayed, it is necessary to replace the cleaning cloth.
• There may be the following reasons for the constant alarm when the product is started: the cleaning cloth is too dirty, the friction coefficient of glass or glass stickers is high, the cleaning cloth is not wet enough, and the glass is too slippery.
• If there are curved marks on the glass surface after cleaning, use a dry cleaning cloth to clean the glass surface during the first cleaning. Sprinkle a little water or detergent on the cleaning cloth (not too much), replace the cloth and keep it dry and clean, then start scrubbing again.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
