I post a lot of photos so that you can see the condition. A lot of time and effort goes into packaging and shipping 

of our items. Therefore, all sales are FINAL and we do not accept returns unless we made a substantial error 

in the description or the item is damaged in shipping. If there is an extenuating circumstance that you feel should warrant a return, please contact me and we can discuss. In those cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund once we receive the merchandise undamaged, unused and in the same condition in which it was shipped to you.
