Pressure Switch Adjustment

1. Open the Pressure Switch Cover.

2. Locate the Hexagonal Screw Hole in the Center of the Switch's Interior.

3. Tighten Clockwise to Increase Pressure, Loosen Counterclockwise to Decrease Pressure!

Operation Guide

1. Connect the Pump with the Inlet and Outlet Pipes, Must Ensure That the Inlet and Outlet Pipes Are Tightly Connected, Otherwise, It Will Cause Low Pressure, Poor Sucking Water, Water Leakage, and Other Problems; (Tip: the Pump Head Is Labeled with an Arrow Instruction, the Arrow Points in the Direction of the Outlet, and Vice Versa for the Inlet).

2. Install the Filter at the Water Inlet Side; the Density of the Filter Mesh Is Best in More than 80 Mesh (I.e., 80 Small Holes/1cm²).

3. Connect the Electric Diaphragm Pump with the Power Supply, the Output Parameters of the Connected Power Supply Must Meet the Input Requirements of the Motor.

4. Turn on the Power, the Pump Starts to Run.

5. Discharge Water for 5-10 Seconds, and Drain the Air in the Pump and the Pipeline, When the Water Is Stable, Temporarily Turn off the Power Supply, and Connect the Water Gun, Faucet, Shower, and Other Related Tools.

6. Stop Using, Just Close the Outlet Faucet, the Pump Has a Pressure Switch Automatic Start-stop Function, the Next Use Just Open the Faucet and It Can Work Normally.

Troubleshooting

1. When There Is Electricity, the Pump Does Not Work: Open the Pressure Switch Cover Above the Pump Head, Connect the Two Connecting Wires Together, and Rule out Whether the Motor Short Circuit Is Caused by Switch Damage.

2. the Water Pump Works Normally, with Insufficient Suction, Small Water Output, and Low Pressure: Need to Dismantle the Pump Head, Check Whether There Is Debris Blockage in the Pump Cavity, Whether the Pump Head and the Motor Bracket Are Loose, If It Is, Clean up the Valve and the Diaphragm Debris, Tighten the Screws, and Then Install It.

3. the Pump Does Not Work When You Just Received It: Open the Back Cover of the Motor, Remove the Springs of the Two Carbon Brushes, and Install Them.

4. the Water Pump Does Not Work After One Use: Any Water Pump Has a Starting Current, Which Is Usually 3-5 Times the Working Current, Please Make Sure That the Battery and the Power Supply Are Sufficient.

• The Pump in the Factory Pressure Value Has Been Set in Accordance with the Specified Standards, Such As the Actual Use, You Feel That the Pressure Is Not Enough, Then You Can Make a Slight Adjustment, and Can Not Be Adjusted Once Too Large or Too Small, Too Large an Adjustment May Result in the Pressure Switch Does Not Work, the Adjustment Is Too Small May Result in the Pressure Switch to Start and Stop Frequently, a Half-turn to Adjust to the Required Pressure Can Be, to Avoid Unnecessary Trouble!
• When the Water Pump Is Working, Ensure Smooth Drainage of the Water Pump to Avoid Holding the Pump and Causing Damage to the Pressure Switch. (If You Hear the Switch Ticking During Operation, Please Turn off the Pump Immediately and Adjust the Pressure Appropriately).
• The Motor Is Slightly Waterproof, so Don't Worry Too Much About Splashing Water (Just Wipe It off), but It Is Strictly Forbidden to Immerse the Pump Motor in Water.
• It Must Be Based on the Voltage of the Pump to Choose the Appropriate Power Supply. the 12v, 24v Dc Water Pump Must Use the Power Adapter or Voltage Converter, You Can Also Directly Use the Battery to Drive the Pump.
• The Water Pump Is Intermittent Work, Not 24-Hour Continual Work.
• In Winter, After Use, It Needs to Exhaust the Water Pump and Pipeline Water, Otherwise, It Is Easy to Freeze and Crack the Water Pump (Only for some of the Cold Icing Areas).
