Due to Public Holidays some orders may be delayed .

Within Australia  $10.00. (under 2kg***) Approx. 3-6 working days.

Outside Australia  We do not post outside Australia , sorry.

All parcels will be delivered to the provided address. Parcels will be despatched once full payment has been received.

Please note your delivery will need to be signed for upon delivery; therefore please ensure that your assigned delivery address will have an individual to sign for your delivery between the hours of 8AM-5PM Monday – Friday.

For bulky (over 3kg) or heavier items or we will confirm postage & handling costs before processing your order.

Healthyworld will despatch orders within the next 2-4 business days. Please allow approx 3-6 Working days for delivery. Postage times can not be guaranteed as there will be rare cases where there may be a delay if the supplier is out of stock and we have to order the products from elsewhere.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available
Healthyworld Pharmacy will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:
Medicines (Prescribed or Over The Counter)
Baby Formula
Fragrances
Vitamin Supplements
Consumable Products

Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt. If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply. It is the recipient's responsibility to incur all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product warranty card as specified by the manufacturer. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to Healthyworld Pharmacy.
