(1) Buyer Responsibility for Import Duties
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.
- For U.S. Buyers:
For items priced under US$2,500, import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges are included in the item price or shipping cost. Therefore, no additional import charges are required.
- For EU Buyers:
For items priced at €150 or less, VAT is generally collected by eBay at checkout. Import duties and customs-related fees are included in the shipping cost. Therefore, no additional import charges are required.
(2) Voltage Check - For Electrical Products
Some of our AC 100V electrical products are designed for use in Japan. If you use a 100V product in a country with a higher voltage, such as 200V-240V, the item may be damaged unless you use a proper voltage transformer. Please purchase a suitable transformer from your local electronics store.
