Technical information
The technical information entered, is obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the articles entered in our catalog. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adapt the technical information of the products of the catalog, even without any notice. The images relating to the items are indicative, the characteristics of the items delivered can be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalog.

Product availability
We reserve the right to accept or not the orders that will be placed and in any case until the goods are exhausted. The items for sale can be temporarily not available, in this case the sigg. Customers will be notified by e-mail within a maximum of seven days from the receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the ordered article is no longer available, we use the right to cancel the request received, re -crediting the amounts possibly paid.

With reference to the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/2003, containing provisions to protect confidentiality in the processing of personal data, we want to inform you that the personal data you provide, that is, recordings and/or acquired in the context of our activity, can form the subject of processing with or without the help of electronic means, in compliance with the legislation referred to above, for the institutional purposes of our activity.

If the VS. Pacco turns out to be in stock, we will warn you and do what is in our. possession to make delivery possible.

When you receive the product, please test it immediately and inform us if everything is ok and if so, we ask you to release positive feedback.

Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the Customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract/order entered into the internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the conditions that follow.

The deadline for applying the right of withdrawal is 30 (thirty) working days from receiving the products ordered, upon communication of the customer.

The communication must contain:
- the indication of the product (s) for which (s) decides to make use of the right of withdrawal
To obtain the reimbursement of the consideration, the customer must, at his own expense, send the products purchased to the sender.

The right of withdrawal lapses:
- for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (package and/or its content)
- also partial use of the good and any consumables
- the lack of the external package and/or the original internal packaging
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased asset to the sender.
