This was from my father in law’s estate and he was a smoker. I tried to wipe off the smoke dust as best I could but you will likely want to clean it. As far as we could tell, this is complete but there’s always the possibility of something small coming off unnoticed. Includes minifigures and instructions. The manuals are a little water damaged but perfectly usable. The set will be broken down into freezer bags before shipment.
