1982 Press Photo Line of Tulane students for Tulane-LSU basketball tickets

This is an original press photo. A line of Tulane University students forms outside the ticket office on the campus where tickets to Friday night's Tulane-LSU National Invitation Tournament basketball game went on sale Thursday morning. Some of the students spent the night in line in an effort to get good seats among the few hundred alloted the university. The ticket seekers brought radios, a small television set, a backgammon board and cans of beer to ease the wait. Photo measures 10 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 03-11-1982.
