Silk Screen Printing Tension Meter Newton Tension Meter in Silk Print 7-50N


Introduction:

  • Before using please put the tension meter on the glass and turn round the dial to make the pointer return to zero.
  • Flick the silk screen during measuring, the indication when the pointer stopped is the tension of the silk screen.
  • Tension meter is precision meter, fall and touch is forbidden, be careful during using.
  • Tension meter has been tested precisely when leave the factory, dismounting alone is not allowed.
  • Can’t touch the bottom side contactor by hand, put the machine vertically without using.
  • The Newton indication is the indication of the tension’s contactor, the error is ±0.5N..
  • The indication of the second circle is the measured value during measuring

Tips for user:


  • Tension meter has been calibrated before leaving the factory, so you don’t need to adjust by yourself.
  • Method of data display method: data of pointer of tension meter is not accurate at the first circle, the second circle is accurate (meanwhile, you should flick mesh beside tension meter). The second circle of the pointer is the normal reading.
  • N/cm: pulling force of mesh /every centimeter in width, (it generally takes N or Kg to represent, 1 kg = 9.8 N).
  • The small pointer is used to display the number of circles of large pointer. (If the small pointer points to “2”, that means the large pointer has circled twice).
  • Data normal reading: when large pointer large pointer, then you can read the data.
  • Calibration:put the tension meter on the glass plate,then the pointer circles for 2 and half rounds , and points to “▽” ,which is accurate
