Removal Guideline:
Caution: Damage to the vehicle and air suspension system can be incurred if work is carried out in a manner other than specified in the instructions or in a different sequence.

1.Remove front wheel to expose the front air strut.(picture 1,2)


2.Loosen and remove the three(3)top mounting nuts.(picture 3)

3.Loosen and remove the lower mount nut. Support the air strut and remove the lower mount bolt.(picture 4,5)


4.Carefully lower the air strut to gain access to the air line. Unthread the fitting, remove the strut from the vehicle.(picture 6)

5.Remove the air strut from the vehicle.(picture 7)

6.Remove the air line fitting from the air hose and discard. To remove the air line fitting, remove the collet and the remaining fitting will slide off of air hose.(picture 8)

Installation Guideline:
Installation is in reverse order of air spring removal, with the exception of the Secured reservoir hose.
