This is two/a pair (Ring is not included but pictured so o you may see different angles as to how they look with/without ring) .925 Sterling Silver 8 gram weight Medusa Captive Bead / Clip In Charm for a CBR (Captive Bead Ring) / BCR (Ball Closure Ring). 

The Ring is NOT included, this is the bead only.

Really nice detail, good weight and a great alternative to a regular round bead. The ring used in the photos is a 12g (internal diameter of 6.5mm), but I have have worn them with larger and smaller sizes like 14g & 10g rings. The Medusa itself is approximately 16.5mm tall and 11.5mm wide.

Though these are called "beads" there is a divot on each side and not a hole all the way through the charm. It is not an actual standard bead for stringing.
